There are various reasons such as centrifugal bag line, equipment and raw materials in the middle, and these problems have been overcome by us. In this round of production, due to equipment reasons, methanol consumption is too high. The problems in this round of production have been summarized after production, and now half of the equipment in the workshop has been transformed to ensure the lowest cost and the highest quality in the next round of production. Among the finished products of 17.76 tons of 220 delivered this time, 3.5 tons of iron ions exceeded the standard. According to the customer's requirements, we have worked out the rework plan and treatment plan for the same situation that may occur in the next production. At present, the laboratory is using sulfuric acid with high iron ion content to make finished products, which will be re-tested after a long time to solve the problem of high cost of sulfuric acid in the next round of production. 2. Project 130: The project 130 started to be put into production on August 8th. Up to now, azoxystrobin 10 tons and pyrimidinone 7.5 tons have been produced. 130 in the production process, a fire broke out due to the failure of the centrifuge, and the materials were cleaned once by improper personnel. These two accidents have taught the workshop a great lesson. There are analysis and equipment problems in this year's production: the first step of external standard method analysis, the content analysis of external standard method in QC department is inaccurate, resulting in the unit consumption of dichloropyrimidine1.4; The reformed high vacuum equipment can not meet the process requirements, which leads to slow evaporation and conversion of by-products, high temperature polymerization, and finally affects the product yield; 130 after the new process was adopted in the first step, it was difficult to filter in the second step. The unit consumption of toluene in 130 is 2.0. In the next production, reducing the unit consumption of dichloropyrimidine and toluene is the primary task. 3. Personnel problem and training: In the production process of 220, 130, personnel problem is the biggest thing, and the quality of personnel needs to be improved. Young people account for about 85%, and all of them have just graduated, and they know little about chemical engineering. It takes a long time to train them independently. In terms of personnel stability, some people don't cherish this job well and give up halfway, which is a loss to the workshop and the company. Personally, I think that the imbalance between male and female employees is one of the important factors of instability. In order to improve the quality of operators in all aspects, the workshop spent nearly a week training operators on operation and the properties of chemical raw materials before the production of 220 130, in order to improve employees' operation skills, understand the properties and hazards of chemicals, and make employees pay attention to personal labor protection in their usual operations. In the production process of two projects, 220 and 130, the intelligence of many employees is reflected. For some excellent employees who can bear hardships and stand hard work, the workshop has also invested rewards to encourage everyone's enthusiasm and enthusiasm for work. In order to stabilize employees, the workshop often finds some employees with psychological burden to communicate, listen to their voices and solve their problems in life and work; Through communication, some employees have changed their negative ideas and have positive ideas about working here for a long time. 4. Daily management: At the beginning of 220 130, the daily management of the workshop was not in place, such as workshop hygiene, material placement, process labor discipline and personnel quality. Of course, these problems are also related to my management ability. After a period of training and running-in, the above problems in the workshop have been greatly improved in the later stage of the two projects, but there is still a big gap from the 6S site, and the workshop will strive to achieve the 6S site next year.
