In order to further plan for the professional qualification examination for professional and technical personnel and management, to facilitate the majority of professional and technical personnel to participate in the professional qualification examination. With the approval of the relevant business departments, the 2023 professional and technical personnel professional qualification examination plan and related issues are hereby notified as follows:

1. Please follow the "2023 Professional Qualification Examination Plan" "Technical Personnel Vocational Qualification Examination Work Plan" (see attachment) shall organize and implement the examination to ensure that all examinations are conducted safely and smoothly. If the test date needs to be changed due to special circumstances, we will notify you in advance.

2. Local human resources and social security departments and relevant industry authorities must actively cooperate and work closely to conscientiously implement the relevant rules and regulations for the examination and effectively prepare for the examination.

3. Specific examination dates for the second half of the year for teacher qualification examinations, practicing veterinarian qualifications, cultural relics protection engineering qualifications, certification personnel professional qualifications, special equipment inspection, and testing personnel qualifications will be notified separately by relevant departments. The exam locations for securities and futures industry practitioner qualifications (including fund practitioner qualifications) are different. The specific arrangements are subject to the examination announcements of relevant industry associations. The date for the computer application proficiency examination for professional and technical personnel shall be determined by each locality.

4. The vocational qualification examination has a unified syllabus, unified propositions, and unified organization. Qualified professional and technical personnel should register through formal channels in accordance with regulations, and do not believe false propaganda. In accordance with the requirements of the State Council, a notification and commitment system for examination registration certification matters is implemented. Candidates must carefully fill in the information as required and refer to it in good faith. No training institution has been designated to carry out professional qualification examination training, and any illegal training institution that deceives or organizes cheating under the guise of "guaranteing a pass" will be seriously investigated for legal responsibility in accordance with the law.
