Article 5? The following circumstances are not subject to the time limit for acceptance:
(a) the administrative organs identified as counterfeit or prohibited goods;
(2) The buyer provides valid legal documents issued by judicial organs;
(3) The buyer fails to initiate online rights protection within the time limit specified by Taobao, but can provide vouchers to confirm the quality of goods and other related issues;
(4) The seller promises or both parties agree on the after-sales service period separately.
Article 6? Taobao accepts the application for dealing with the transaction disputes between buyers and sellers arising from Taobao platform. However, Taobao may not accept the following cases, and both buyers and sellers have the right to claim rights from each other through judicial organs and other channels.
(1) The buyer fails to initiate rights protection within the acceptance period stipulated in these Rules;
(2) The goods or services displayed in the transaction order are inconsistent with the actual goods or services agreed by the buyer and the seller, which makes it impossible to ascertain the transaction;
(3) The buyer and the seller reach a refund or refund agreement through self-negotiation, and after the agreement is fulfilled, one or both parties go back on their word and a dispute arises;
(4) The buyer and seller use credit cards and flower buds to make false transactions or cash out, and the transaction is successful;
(five) after the transaction refund, there is a dispute because the seller needs to get back the goods;
(6) Except for the circumstances stipulated in the Taobao platform rules, the buyer claims additional losses or legal compensation caused by the transaction.

Article 38? Except for purchase transactions and overseas transactions (including official logistics and overseas direct mail), the return address provided by the seller shall not be outside Chinese mainland without the consent of the buyer, and shall be consistent with the delivery place shown in the "Freight" or "Distribution" section of the product page.
Article 39? If the buyer and the seller reach a return agreement offline, the buyer shall return the goods within the return time specified by the system. If the buyer fails to return the goods due to overtime, and requests to return the goods again for the same problem or rights protection reasons, he should negotiate with the seller himself, otherwise Taobao has the right not to handle it.
Article 40? When the buyer returns the goods, it shall use the same carrier as when the seller delivers the goods.
Article 41? After returning goods according to these rules, the buyer shall fill in the waybill number in Taobao platform system or inform the seller in time. If the buyer still doesn't know the waybill number when the seller signs for the goods, and the seller claims that the surface does not match, Taobao will allocate the burden of proof according to the actual situation.
Article 42? If the buyer returns the goods by collect or the seller requests the buyer to return the goods by collect, it shall obtain the consent of the other party in advance and clarify the carrier and freight matters with the other party. If the buyer applies for a seven-day return without reason, it shall be implemented according to the relevant rules of seven-day return without reason announced by Taobao.
Article 43? If the seller violates the "return specification", the buyer cannot complete the return or the goods are no longer suitable for return, the transaction supports a refund.
Article 44? If the buyer violates the "return and exchange regulations", the seller does not receive the return or refuses to sign for it, the transaction supports payment, and the buyer bears the risk of damage or loss of the goods.
