Combined with the current traffic situation in Lanzhou, the traffic police department further standardized and adjusted the passage of freight vehicles on urban roads, extended the time limit for large freight vehicles with more than 3 tons from 7: 00-22: 00 to 7: 00-24: 00, and standardized the restricted area as the current tail number restricted area, especially prohibiting all freight vehicles from passing during peak hours. This time, the eastern boundary of the restricted area of large trucks will be shrunk from Taoshuping Sancha Road to Donggang Overpass, in order to prepare for the opening of the freight passage after the full opening of Nanshan Road in the future.

In the area where the tail number is restricted, small minibuses with non-local license plates with less than 9 passengers are prohibited from passing during peak hours every day. Vehicles from other places are not restricted for three days. After three days, there are only three peak hours every day, which are 7: 30-9: 00 am, afternoon11:00-12: 30, and afternoon17: 00-1. Off-site law enforcement system will capture illegal foreign vehicles. Trucks from other places are not subject to this restriction and are still subject to the restrictions on freight vehicles.
