No restrictions in Zhangjiakou, but restrictions in Tangshan

From 0:00 on August 26 to 24:00 on September 4, 2015, Tangshan will implement restricted traffic management for motor vehicles (including vehicles with temporary license plates) measure. The relevant matters are hereby announced as follows:

1. From 0:00 on August 26, 2015 to 24:00 on September 4, 2015, the downtown area, counties (cities, development zones, management zones), Fengnan District, Fengrun District, Kaiping District and Guye District, heavy trucks (including those with passes), medium trucks (including those with passes), dangerous goods transport vehicles (including those with passes), and low-speed trucks are prohibited from 6:00 to 24:00 every day. Trucks, three-wheelers, and tractors are allowed to pass.

2. From 0:00 on August 31, 2015 to 24:00 on September 4, 2015, downtown area, counties (cities, development zones, management zones), Fengnan District, Fengrun District, Kaiping District , Guye District, urban areas, from 7:00 to 19:00 every day, implement odd and even number restrictions on non-operating small cars and motorcycles. That is: according to the last number of the license plate, odd-numbered vehicles are allowed to pass on single days, and even-numbered vehicles are prohibited; even-numbered vehicles are allowed to pass on even days, and odd-numbered vehicles are prohibited. Odd numbers are 1, 3, 5, 7, 9, and even numbers are 2, 4, 6, 8, 0; if the license plate number ends in letters or Chinese characters, the last Arabic numeral of the license plate shall prevail (including temporary license plates, foreign license plates, etc.) license plate).

3. The following motor vehicles are not restricted by the above measures and are allowed to drive on roads within the prohibited range:

1. Police cars, fire trucks, ambulances, and engineering rescue vehicles performing tasks;

2. "Green channel" vehicles (i.e. vehicles that transport fresh agricultural products, including fresh vegetables, fruits, fresh aquatic products, live livestock and poultry, fresh meat, eggs, milk, etc.);

3 ． Administrative law enforcement vehicles and tow trucks with unified markings on their bodies and performing tasks; special postal vehicles (including express delivery vehicles) during work, insurance survey vehicles, and funeral vehicles for funeral homes;

4. Special operation vehicles for sanitation, gardening, and road repair;

5. Vehicles with number plates bearing the word "Shi" and vehicles approved for temporary entry.

4. During the odd and even number period, buses in the city center will be free of charge.

5. The scope of the downtown area is: the internal area connected by Kaiyue Road (not included), Daqing Road (not included), Nanhu Avenue (not included), and Tang'an Road (not included).

6. Small cars include: small passenger cars, minibuses, light trucks, mini trucks, and large cars.
