When the buyer receives the goods, but because the goods are inconsistent with the seller's online description or other commodity problems, the buyer says that it needs to return them, then he can apply for returning the goods received by the buyer in time before the transaction timeout. The specific process is as follows:

1, log in to my Taobao-> bought baby to find the relevant transaction, click the corresponding refund button and apply for a refund (please be sure to apply for a refund before the timeout indicated on the page, usually 30 days by surface mail, 3 days by express delivery 1 day, and 3 days by virtual goods, and automatically delivered1day);

2. Click the refund button and select "I have received the goods" and "I need to return them". Note: If you have not received the goods, please do not select this option, and do not select this option for any reason. Reminder: If you click this button without actual receipt, it will lead to both money and goods being empty!

3. Fill in the amount to be refunded, then fill in the refund instruction, enter the payment password of your Alipay account, and apply for a refund immediately.

4. After the buyer applies for a refund, the refund agreement waits for the seller's confirmation. You can check the buyer's refund now. The seller has 15 days to process the refund agreement. If the timeout is not handled, the refund agreement will take effect and the transaction will enter the return process.
