The New Third Board is a non-listed joint-stock company (now required to be a high-tech enterprise), and it enters the agency transfer system for share transfer. On the basis of the original third board market of Zhongguancun High-tech Park in Beijing, it is jointly called the new third board with Shanghai Zhangjiang High-tech Development Zone, Wuhan Donghu New Technology Development Zone and Tianjin Binhai High-tech Development Zone, which is different from the original third board.
