Does the country allow the sale of tea and cigarettes?
The state allows the sale of tea and cigarettes. Although tea cigarettes are not cigarettes, if they contain cut tobacco, they belong to tobacco products. Licensing procedures are needed to buy and sell tobacco products, because tobacco products are strictly managed by the state.

If there is no permission, it will violate the relevant laws and regulations of our country and need to bear certain legal responsibilities. Those who constitute a crime are generally sentenced to fixed-term imprisonment of not more than five years or criminal detention, and a fine of not less than one time but not more than five times the illegal income.

Tea cigarettes, which are popular now, can't be defined as tobacco products just by their names. They need to be identified to confirm whether the product contains cut tobacco. If there is, it belongs to tobacco products. If it is supervised by the state, it is illegal to sell it without the permission of the tobacco management department, and it will be punished. If the product is really just tea, it is not a tobacco product.

No matter whether tea cigarettes contain cut tobacco or not, as long as cigarette paper, filter sticks and other tobacco monopoly products are used in the packaging and production process, or tobacco production machinery is used, the relevant state departments will also cooperate with the public security departments to inspect the producers. Once the inspection is true, the relevant departments will punish the perpetrators according to the relevant laws and regulations.
