China Futures Association decided to hold three futures practitioner qualification examinations in 2007. The relevant matters are now announced as follows:
1. Organization and leadership of the examination
The China Futures Association is responsible for organizing the qualification examination.
2. Application conditions
1. Be 18 years or older and have full capacity for civil conduct;
2. Have a high school degree or above (or equivalent); < /p>
3. Be of good conduct and have good professional ethics;
4. No serious illegal record in the past three years.
3. Exam subjects and time
The subjects of the futures practitioner qualification examination are two subjects, basic knowledge of futures and futures laws and regulations. The test time for each subject is 100 minutes.
First exam: June 30, July 1.
The second exam: October 13th and 14th.
The third exam: December 22nd and 23rd.
4. Examination Method
The national unified examination is closed book and conducted in the form of computer examination.
5. Registration method, time and charges
Online registration, first registration period: April 30 to May 21, 2007. The payment deadline is May 23. Admission tickets will be issued from June 25, 2007 to before the start of the exam.
The second registration period is from July 23 to August 16, 2007. The payment deadline is August 20. Admission tickets will be issued from October 8, 2007 to before the start of the exam.
The third registration period is from October 22 to November 9, 2007. The payment deadline is November 12th. Admission tickets will be issued from December 17, 2007 to before the start of the exam.
The examination fee is 70 yuan per subject (excluding teaching material fees). Candidates must pay by post office remittance.
For specific registration methods, remittances and precautions, please refer to the "Registration Instructions" after the registration starts.
6. Examination syllabus and designated teaching materials
For details on the examination syllabus and teaching material ordering methods, please visit the website of China Futures Association. The designated textbook for futures basic knowledge subjects: Futures Market Tutorial (Fifth Edition) (edited by China Futures Industry Association, China Finance and Economics Press, expected to be published in late April 2007); there are many changes in the subject of futures laws and regulations, and the designated textbook is " "Compilation of Futures Laws and Regulations" (expected to be published in early May 2007). The specific purchase methods for the two textbooks will be announced on the website of the China Futures Industry Association.

Examination venues are set up in the following 35 cities: Beijing, Tianjin, Shijiazhuang, Taiyuan, Shenyang, Changchun, Harbin, Shanghai, Nanjing, Hangzhou, Hefei, Fuzhou, Nanchang , Jinan, Zhengzhou, Wuhan, Changsha, Guangzhou, Nanning, Haikou, Chongqing, Chengdu, Guiyang, Kunming, Xi'an, Lanzhou, Yinchuan, Xining, Urumqi, Hohhot, Dalian, Qingdao, Ningbo, Xiamen, Shenzhen. Candidates can choose any of the cities to register and take the exam in the registered city.
