There may be three reasons why the entrusted transaction cannot be accessed:

First, you didn't open an A-share securities account;

Second, although it has been opened, but it has not been used for more than 2 years, it is regarded as a dormant account and can only be used after the business department of the securities company is activated;

Third, it may be attacked by a virus, which makes it impossible to enter the entrusted trading system.
