According to Article 11 of the Regulations on the Administration of Futures Business Department (Trial), the business posts of the business department should be reasonably divided with clear responsibilities, and the post division should meet the following requirements: (1) The business department should set up business posts such as market development, account opening and contract management, trading, information technology management and finance to ensure the separation of front, middle and back offices; (2) The business post of the business department should have full-time staff; (three) the quality and experience of the staff of the business department can meet the needs of relevant business positions; (four) the personnel in the financial position of the business department have the accounting qualification certificate; (5) Other requirements stipulated by the China Securities Regulatory Commission. Article 12 stipulates that in addition to the person in charge of the business department, the staff of the business department shall not be less than 5; Personnel engaged in futures business activities in the business department shall obtain futures business qualifications.
