Hello, regular reports refer to the reports that listed companies need to release according to a fixed time period. The periodic reports that listed companies should disclose include annual reports and semi-annual reports, and quarterly reports can be disclosed. A listed company shall, within the prescribed time limit, prepare and disclose periodic reports in accordance with the relevant provisions of the national share transfer company. The annual report is disclosed before April 30th every year, the semi-annual report is disclosed before August 3rd1every year, and the quarterly report is disclosed within the first three months of each fiscal year and one month after the end of nine months. It is worth noting that at present, only the annual reports of listed companies must be audited by accounting firms with securities and futures-related business qualifications.
