In the legal sense, "Lao Lai" generally refers to a class of debtors in the civil and commercial field, who have the ability to repay due debts, but refuse to repay all or part of their debts for some reason. The prohibited behavior of the untrustworthy:

(a) Prohibit some high-consumption behaviors, including taking soft sleepers on airplanes or trains;

(two) the implementation of other credit penalties, including restrictions on loans in financial institutions or the use of credit cards;
