Article 9 of the Provisions on the Administration of Chief Risk Officers of Futures Companies (for Trial Implementation) A chief risk officer shall maintain full independence in performing his duties, make independent, prudent and timely judgments, and voluntarily avoid matters that conflict with his interests.

Article 10 The chief risk officer shall keep the commercial secrets and customer information of the futures company.
