In order to meet the needs of the rapid development of the futures industry, so that candidates can better understand and apply the laws and regulations promulgated one after another, China Futures Association has revised the textbook "Compilation of Futures Laws and Regulations" for the qualification examination of futures practitioners, with the following amendments:

First, add new regulations. Add the Measures for the Administration of Foreign-invested Futures Companies, the Interim Measures for the Administration of Foreign Traders and Foreign Brokers Engaged in Domestic Futures Trading of Specific Varieties, and the Measures for the Supervision and Administration of Credit in Securities and Futures Markets in the second part of the textbook "Departmental Regulations and Normative Documents"; The third part "Association Self-discipline Rules" adds "Disciplinary Procedure of China Futures Association"; The fourth part "Others" adds the Interpretation of Higher People's Courts and Procuratorates on Several Issues Concerning the Specific Application of Laws in Handling Criminal Cases of Insider Trading and Disclosure of Insider Information, the Interpretation of Higher People's Courts and Procuratorates on Several Issues Concerning the Application of Laws in Handling Criminal Cases of Trading with Unexposed Information, the Interpretation of Higher People's Courts and Procuratorates on Several Issues Concerning the Application of Laws in Handling Criminal Cases of Manipulating the Securities and Futures Market, and the Criminal Law of People's Republic of China (PRC).

Second, adjust the directory. Adjust the arrangement order of the second part of the textbook "departmental regulations and normative documents" appropriately.

Third, modify the defects. Modify individual dates and wording.

The new textbook has been published recently. Since the first national unified examination in 2020, the subject of "futures laws and regulations" in the qualification examination for futures practitioners has adopted new content.
