Expired goods
The contract between the carrier and the entrusting party does not stipulate the punishment and responsible party in case of possible delay. This is a contract flaw, and both parties are responsible for the losses caused by the untimely handling;

The carrier has the responsibility and obligation to deliver the goods to the destination safely and on time, so in the case of delay, although the carrier informed the entrusting party in time, it cannot be exempted from its contractual responsibility;

In the case that the carrier notified in time according to the contract, the entrusting party did not respond in time, which is also an aspect of the accident loss;

After a road traffic accident, the loss of goods is a part of the accident loss, which should be shared by both parties according to their respective responsibilities.

To sum up the above four points, the losses shall be borne by the entrusting party, the carrier and the other party that caused the accident. Among them, the entrusting party bears secondary responsibility; The carrier bears the main responsibility; The carrier and the other party who caused the accident shall share the corresponding loss of goods in proportion to the accident liability. The loss is included in the statutory insurance claim.
