In the list state, click "Custom" at the bottom of the page, and then click "Custom Plate Settings" at the bottom.

The pop-up dialog box has export and import functions. After export, it can be imported into other communication software.

When importing, first build a plate with the same name, or select a plate name to import, and then click Import.

Remember to click adopt.
