Article 3 If an insurance institution violates the provisions of these Regulations and engages in agricultural insurance business and commits any of the following acts, the insurance supervision and administration institution shall order it to make corrections and impose a fine ranging from 50,000 yuan to 300,000 yuan; If the circumstances are serious, it may limit its business scope, order it to stop accepting new business or cancel its qualification to engage in agricultural insurance business:

(1) Failing to manage the agricultural insurance business separately from other insurance businesses in accordance with regulations, and accounting for profits and losses separately;

(two) to seek illegitimate interests for other institutions or individuals by carrying out agricultural insurance business;

(3) Failing to submit for approval agricultural insurance clauses and insurance premium rates in accordance with regulations.

Insurance institutions engaged in agricultural insurance business, not in accordance with the provisions of the agricultural insurance clauses, insurance rates for the record, the insurance supervision and management institutions shall be ordered to make corrections within a time limit; If no correction is made within the time limit, a fine of 6,543,800 yuan or more and 6,543,800 yuan or less will be imposed.
