What kind of international oil price is the domestic oil price based on?
Domestic oil prices are adjusted every 10 working days according to the fluctuation range of international crude oil prices.

The specific generation mechanism of refined oil price is: the average price of crude oil in Brent, Dubai and Minas+cost+appropriate profit rate to determine the domestic retail price of refined oil.

When the international crude oil price fluctuates in the range of $40/barrel-$65,438+$030/barrel, the domestic refined oil price mechanism is adjusted normally, with the price rising and falling. However, if the price adjustment of refined oil is lower than 50 yuan/ton, no adjustment will be made.

When the international crude oil price is higher than 130 USD/barrel, the domestic oil price also reaches the maximum price limit and will not be raised; When the international crude oil price is lower than $40/barrel, the domestic oil price also reaches the minimum price and will not be lowered.
