According to Hei Gengquan, general manager of Jinli Seed Company and vice president of Henan Grain Economic Association, at present, "Xinong 979" has been extended to the main producing areas of Huanghuai wheat area such as Henan, Anhui, Hubei and Jiangsu, with an annual planting area of over 65.438+million mu, and the planting area of Henan alone exceeds 6 million mu.
