What does turbine mean?
Turbine is an engine that uses fluid to impact the rotation of impeller to generate electricity. Turbine engine is a kind of internal combustion engine. According to the different bypass ratio, it can be divided into turbofan engine or turbojet engine; In addition, there are turboprop engines (or turboprop engines, turboprop engines, etc. ), similar to turboshaft engines used in helicopters and gas turbine engines derived from turboengines used in automobiles, ships and power generation. All turbine engines have three parts: compressor, combustion chamber and turbine (turbine, which is the source of the name of turbine engine). Compressors are usually divided into low-pressure compressors (low-pressure section) and high-pressure compressors (high-pressure section). Sometimes, the low-pressure section is also used as an intake fan to increase the air intake. The incoming airflow is compressed into high-density, high-pressure and low-speed airflow in the compressor to improve the efficiency of the engine. After the airflow enters the combustion chamber, the fuel is ejected from the fuel supply nozzle, mixed with the airflow and burned in the combustion chamber. The high-heat exhaust gas after combustion will drive the turbine to rotate, and then the remaining energy will be discharged through the nozzle or exhaust pipe. As for how much energy will be used to drive the turbine, depending on the type and design of the turbine engine, the turbine will be divided into high-pressure section and low-pressure section like a compressor. The turbocharger is actually a corpse air compressor, which increases the air intake by compressing air. It uses the inertia impulse of the exhaust gas discharged by the engine to push the turbine in the turbine chamber, and the turbine drives the coaxial impeller to pressurize the air sent by the air cleaner pipeline into the cylinder. When the engine speed rises, the exhaust speed rises synchronously with the damaged wheel speed, and the impeller compresses more air into the cylinder. With the increase of air pressure and density, more fuel is burned, and the output power of the engine can be increased by increasing the fuel quantity accordingly. The biggest advantage of turbocharger is that it can greatly improve the power and torque of the engine without increasing the engine displacement. Generally speaking, the engine power and torque with turbocharger will increase by 20%-30%. The disadvantage of turbocharger is lag, that is, due to the inertia of impeller, it reacts slowly to the sudden change of throttle, which makes the output power delay of engine increase or decrease, which will make the car feel a little weak at the moment of sudden acceleration or overtaking.
