High matte nickel is a molten metal sulfide of nickel, copper, cobalt, iron and sulfur, which is made from nickel concentrate by electrorefining and primary refining. The cross section is bright metallic luster, non-corrosive and non-flammable.
High matte nickel can be used to produce electrolytic nickel, nickel oxide, ferronickel, nickel-containing alloy and various nickel salts, and can also be directly used for steelmaking after special treatment.
