Kevin Carter?
Kevin Carter is a South African photographer. His work "Hungry Sudan" won the 1994 Pulitzer Prize for Journalism (U.S. News The world's highest award) "Feature Photography". Photojournalist Joao Silva, who was working with Kevin Carter at the time, told the story from his perspective in a later interview. Shooting situation.
