According to Article 1 of the Guidelines for the Implementation of the Appropriateness Management of Investors in Futures Operating Institutions (Trial), in order to guide and urge futures operating institutions to effectively implement the appropriateness management requirements, over-test papers before the exam, and safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of investors, this guideline is formulated in accordance with the Regulations on the Administration of Futures Trading, the Measures for the Administration of Appropriateness of Securities and Futures Investors and relevant laws and regulations.
