If every other season is continuous, what does it mean?
The month of stock index futures contract refers to the month when the stock index futures contract is due for delivery and settlement. In the "Shanghai-Shenzhen 300 Stock Index Futures Contract", the contract months are the current month, the next month and the next two quarter months, and * * * four months. For example, on June 5438+February 1 day, 2006, the futures contracts of Shanghai and Shenzhen 300 stock indexes that can be traded by CICC will have four-month contracts: IF06 12, IF070 1, IF0703 and IF0706. "06" means 2006, "12" means 65438+February, and "IF06 12" means 65438+February 2006. IF06 12 contract expires, IF070 1 becomes the latest monthly contract, and IF0702 contract is listed. IF070 1 contract is due for delivery and settlement, IF0702 and IF0703 become the contracts in the last two months, and IF0709 is listed. Combine recent contracts with quarterly contracts, and trade four contracts at the same time in about half a year, which has the effect of both long and short contracts and relative concentration.
