Individual investors can only hold soybean meal futures until the last trading day of this month's contract. The last trading day of soybean meal futures is 10 trading day of the contract month, and the delivery date will be entered in the next three trading days. As individual investors are not qualified for delivery, if they hold future positions until the last trading day, they will be forced to close their positions by the Exchange.

Except soybean meal futures, other futures delivered in kind are not allowed to be held by individual investors before the delivery date. Treasury futures in commodity futures and financial futures are all delivered in kind, except for futures contracts such as stock index futures that are delivered in cash.
