Drivers operating road passenger transport shall meet the following conditions:

(a) to obtain the corresponding motor vehicle driver's license 1 year or more;

(four) to master the basic knowledge of road passenger transport regulations, motor vehicle maintenance and passenger first aid;

(5) Having passed the examination and obtained the corresponding qualification certificate.

To apply for the qualification examination for drivers of commercial road passenger and freight transport, an application shall be made to the municipal road transport management institution at its domicile or temporary residence, and the Application Form for Qualification Examination for Drivers of Commercial Road Passenger and Freight Transport shall be filled out, and the following materials shall be provided:
