Cellulose is an organic compound and the main component of plants. Mainly chemical fiber filament products. The main component is chemical fiber. It's more comfortable to wear, a little harder than silk.
Rayon takes natural polymer as raw material, and is made into chemical fiber with the same chemical composition as the original polymer by chemical method, such as viscose, cuprammonia, etc. It is a filament made of cotton linters containing cellulose, wood, reed-based peanuts and soybeans containing protein fiber. Among them, viscose yarn has the characteristics of bright and soft, good water absorption, easy dyeing, pilling and good suspension, but it has low wet strength and poor wear resistance, and is often used to weave knitted underwear, fashion and decorative fabrics. Cellulose is extracted from plant fibers. The molecular chain is interrupted by a series of reactions, which makes cellulose change from macromolecular structure to small molecular structure (viscous liquid after reaction). Through the spinneret with small holes, under the action of catalysts such as sulfuric acid, small molecules recombine into macromolecules to form solids. After later washing and other processing methods, it became rayon.
