What is the initial password?

What are the requirements for password modification?

The transaction password must be 8 digits or more and contain at least 2 combinations of numbers, letters (uppercase and lowercase) and special symbols.

The fund password must be 6 digits.

The monitoring center used the initial password to log in for 3 times without modification, and the initial password will be invalid.

Note: When modifying the password, you need to select the password type (transaction password or fund password) to modify it separately. After changing the password in any trading software, other trading software will modify it simultaneously.

What if I forget my password?

If you forget the password of the transaction/fund or the password of the monitoring center, only the customer can submit the password reset application. After the password reset is completed, the customer can log in to the trading software and log in to the monitoring center to modify the password of the monitoring center.

At present, natural person customers can handle it through the pocket business hall of Guolian Qibao app or the micro-pocket business hall of Guolian Futures, the official account of WeChat, or contact the account opening business department offline. Corporate customers can only contact the account opening business department for offline processing.

Note: You should select the type of password reset. The reset transaction password/fund password is six digits after the certificate number (the same as the initial password), and the reset monitoring center password is a random combination of eight digits and letters (subject to the notification after completion).
