(4) Directors, supervisors, and senior managers have qualifications, and employees have securities qualifications;

(5) Have a complete risk management and internal control system;

(6) Have qualified business premises and business facilities;

(7) Other conditions stipulated by laws, administrative regulations and the securities regulatory authority of the State Council approved by the State Council.
