CCB Life launched policy inquiry and insurance service simultaneously in self-service terminals, online banking and mobile banking of CCB outlets, becoming the first insurance company to enter banking outlets, online banking and mobile banking channels at the same time.
According to public information, there were only a handful of companies providing insurance services on bank self-service terminals before, and the service items were relatively simple, while the self-service terminal insurance service launched by CCB Life achieved a qualitative breakthrough.
Customers of China Construction Bank can apply for the "Longxing Worry-Free" insurance protection plan of CCB Life Insurance on the CCB self-service terminal only by holding the CCB debit card, and can realize policy inquiry. Policy inquiry information is comprehensive, covering information such as premium amount, payment method, insurance period, policyholder, insured, etc., so that customers can clearly and accurately understand the rights and interests of the policy anytime and anywhere and enjoy convenient and fast insurance self-service.
In order to reduce the misoperation of consumers, the self-service terminal also provides the function of withdrawing orders. Before 20:00 on the purchase date, the customer can cancel the "Long Xing Worry-Free" protection plan policy purchased on that day at the self-service terminal. At present, this service has been opened in Beijing, Shanghai, Jiangsu, Shandong, Henan, Hubei, Guangdong and Sichuan.
