First, make our agricultural products meet the needs of consumption upgrading, that is, improve the quality and efficiency of the agricultural supply system;
Second, promote agricultural transformation and upgrading through reform, improve the quality, efficiency and competitiveness of our agriculture, and let farmers get more income;
Third, through supply-side structural reform, we can complement each other, on the one hand, we can consolidate our production capacity, on the other hand, we can improve our resource and environmental pressure.
How to reform the supply side of agriculture?
I believe that to promote the structural reform of agricultural supply side, we must grasp two aspects: first, adjust the industrial structure; The second is to create new industries and new formats.
Adjust the industrial structure and do three things well
The first is to reduce corn.
There are a lot of grain stocks now, mainly corn. At present, wheat is basically balanced, while rice is slightly balanced, mainly with a little more corn. It is necessary to promote the rotation of grain, feed and beans, and even carry out fallow experiments in some places to appropriately reduce the corn area in non-dominant producing areas.
The second thing is to increase soybeans.
We are the origin of soybeans, and our high-protein soybeans still have advantages. It is better to grow your own soybeans than to make tofu and raw bean sprouts. Now soybeans can't meet domestic demand, so it is necessary and inevitable for us to import soybeans. However, to give full play to the advantages of domestic soybeans, specifically, it is necessary to do a good job in the target price pilot, tackle key soybean varieties, and improve soybean production efficiency, including the construction of industrial chain.
The third thing is to promote milk.
Everyone cares about milk. In recent years, the dairy industry in China has developed by leaps and bounds. The nutritional and hygienic indicators of our dairy products are also in line with national standards, and some are in line with world standards. But the problem now is that the market lacks confidence in domestic milk, because our dairy industry has always had problems, and occasionally there will be some negative news in some areas.
