1. Choose a suitable starting point on the paper, which will become the bottom center point of the trapezoid.

2. Using a ruler and pencil, draw a straight line upward from the bottom center point, which will become the left side of the trapezoid.

3. Draw half the length of the upper sole from the bottom center to the left and right sides respectively. This will become the center point of the trapezoid.

4. Connect the center points of the left side and the upper bottom side with a ruler to form the upper left side of the trapezoid.

5. Draw half the length of the sole from the center of the upper sole to the left and right sides respectively.

6. Connect the two endpoints of the upper left side and the two endpoints of the lower bottom with a ruler to form the right side and the bottom of the trapezoid.

7. Check whether the four sides of the trapezoid are parallel. If so, the trapezoidal shape is completed.
