The US dollar is the international settlement currency. If the dollar appreciates, the commodities in futures will fall, and if the dollar depreciates, the commodities will rise. This is a great correlation, sometimes there are individual cases, and the phenomenon of rising together and falling together is only short-lived.
I don't know much about bonds, so I dare not talk nonsense. There seems to be bond futures abroad, but there should be no bond futures at home.
