China Bank was formally established with the approval of Dr. Sun Yat-sen on February 5, 2002. The head office is located at 1, Fuxingmennei Street, Beijing. It is a large state-owned commercial bank managed by the central government and a national deputy ministerial unit. 2. Structured deposits refer to RMB or foreign currency funds legally held by investors and deposited in banks. Banks embed financial derivatives (including but not limited to forwards, swaps, options or futures) on the basis of ordinary deposits, and link investors' income with financial or non-financial targets such as interest rate, exchange rate, stock price, commodity price, credit and index.
