1. Check the wireless adapter driver: Make sure that your wireless adapter driver is installed correctly. You can view and update drivers in Device Manager.
2. Restart the network adapter: Open the device manager, locate the network adapter, right-click your wireless adapter, select Disable, then right-click again and select Enable.
3. Restart the computer: Sometimes, simply restarting the computer can solve some network-related problems.
4. Make sure that the Wi-Fi switch is turned on: On the laptop, make sure that the physical switch of the computer is turned on. If you are using a desktop, please make sure that your wireless network card is enabled.
5. Check the network settings: Open Settings, select Network and Internet, and then select Wi-Fi to ensure that Wi-Fi is enabled and you are connected to the correct wireless network.
6. Disable and re-enable Wi-Fi: Find the Wi-Fi icon on the taskbar, right-click and select Disable, then right-click again and select Enable.
7. Clear DNS cache: open a command prompt, enter "ipconfig /flushdns", and then press enter to execute the command.
