The use fee includes fuel, insurance, road maintenance, vehicle and vessel use tax, vehicle inspection fee, maintenance fee, parking fee, beauty decoration fee, traffic fine, etc. Among the above expenses, the road maintenance fee, vehicle and vessel use tax and vehicle inspection fee are all fixed, and the difference lies in the fuel fee, auto insurance (the selected insurance varies from person to person, and the rates of different insurance companies are different) and maintenance fee.
