(2) Individual customers signed contracts in online banking and did not apply for our telephone banking service.
You can initiate bank-enterprise transfer transactions (bank-enterprise transfer and bank-enterprise transfer) in online banking, inquire about the available balance of futures margin accounts and initiate futures bank-enterprise transactions in the service channels of futures companies, but you cannot initiate bank-enterprise transactions and inquire about the balance of bank settlement accounts in the service channels of futures companies (because this transaction verifies the password of telephone banking). If you need to initiate bank-to-bank futures trading and inquiry trading in the service channels of futures companies, you need to open our telephone banking service.
(3) Institutional customers have successfully signed contracts and opened online banking and UnionPay transfer.
You can conduct transfer transactions (bank-enterprise transfer and bank-enterprise transfer) and account balance inquiry through our online banking channel, or initiate transfer transactions (futures to bank transfer and futures to bank transfer) and account balance inquiry through the service channel of futures companies.
(4) When you make a transaction through telephone banking or online banking, telephone banking and online banking will prompt customers whether to use the default account number to transfer money. If yes is selected, the system will transfer money. If No is selected, the system will prompt the customer to enter or select other signed margin accounts before the transfer.
