Blackstone Group established this business from 1987, managing five ordinary private equity funds and a special fund for investing in the media and communication industries. Blackstone's transactions are all over the world, including not only typical leveraged buyouts, but also business in the fields of company conversion, minority equity investment, company partnership and industrial mergers and acquisitions.

Real estate fund

Since 1992, Blackstone's real estate fund has become a diversified and global business. Blackstone manages six general real estate funds and two international real estate funds. Blackstone's real estate fund invests in residential buildings, urban office buildings, distribution and storage centers and a number of real estate companies.

Management of marketable alternative assets

Established in 1990, this business includes funds that manage hedge funds, mezzanine funds, senior bond funds, private hedge funds and closed-end mutual funds.

Financial consulting service

M&A consulting company. Since 1985, the total transaction value of Blackstone M&A consulting services has exceeded $325 billion.

Reconstruction and reorganization consultation. Since 199 1, Blackstone has provided consulting services for more than 150 bankruptcy cases, involving a total debt of more than $350 billion.

Financing consultation. Since 2005, Blackstone has helped its clients raise 44 corporate private equity funds, real estate funds, venture capital funds and hedge funds, totaling 65.9 billion US dollars.
