Food business license. According to the information stipulated in Article 37 of the Food Safety Law, the state implements a licensing system for the production of food additives, and a food business license is required for the sale of food additives. Food additives refer to chemical synthetic or natural substances added to food in order to improve the quality, color, aroma and taste of food and meet the needs of preservation and processing technology.
