Huang, male, born in Quxian County, Sichuan Province, graduated from Sichuan University with a master's degree, an associate professor and a tutor for master's students. He used to be the general manager of R&D center of securities company and general manager of several securities consulting institutions. He is currently the director of the Institute of Securities and Futures of Southwest University of Political Science and Law and the general manager of Beijing Tianxiang Investment Chongqing Branch.
