What is the valuation model of creditor's rights attached to Shanghai Clearing House?
The debt valuation model of Shanghai Clearing House (referred to as Shanghai Debt Model) is a set of debt valuation model for futures contract pledge transactions specially developed by Shanghai Clearing House for the domestic futures market. The valuation result of Shanghai debt model is calculated according to the expected value and risk premium of futures contracts. These two factors are respectively affected by the market price, maturity time, option market volatility and interest rate of futures contracts.
