Who are prohibited from entering the securities and futures market?
Persons prohibited from entering the futures market:

1. Having received criminal punishment;

2. Being subject to administrative punishment or disciplinary action for violating relevant financial laws, administrative regulations and rules for less than three years;

3. Being recognized as an inappropriate candidate by the China Securities Regulatory Commission or the market ban period has not expired;

4. Current personnel of party and government organs and the army;

5. Employees of futures exchanges, futures margin monitoring centers, futures associations and futures companies who are dismissed for violating laws and regulations, and staff members of state organs who are dismissed;

6 China Securities Regulatory Commission and its dispatched offices think that other personnel are not suitable for futures business.
