The Ministry of Commerce of China has issued the allowable total amount of crude oil imported by non-state-owned trade in 2022, application conditions and application procedures. In 2022, the allowable amount of crude oil imported by non-state trade was 243 million tons, the same as that of 20021. Xi Jiarui believes that this means that the theoretical upper limit of the allowable amount of crude oil imported by non-state trade is stable, and the actual allowable total amount of 202 1 crude oil imported by non-state trade is 1.

From the situation of importing countries, from 202 1 to 1, China imported 73,550,700 tons of Saudi crude oil, up 5.83% year-on-year. Russian crude oil imports totaled 657 1.56 million tons, down 7.78% year-on-year. According to customs data, from 202 1 to 1, the top five countries of origin of China's crude oil imports are Saudi Arabia, Russian Federation, Iraq, Oman and Angola.
They account for 17.29%, 15.45%, 10.74%, 8.82% and 7.60% of the total import respectively. The data shows that the top five provinces and cities in 20021-10 are Beijing, Shandong, Liaoning, Heilongjiang and Zhejiang, accounting for 55.22%, 18.37%, 7.83% and 5.77% of the total import respectively.
