Test interview skills: what is leaderless group discussion?
Leaderless group discussion refers to a temporary working group composed of a group of candidates to discuss a given problem and make a decision. Because this group took the initiative on the spur of the moment, no one was appointed to be in charge. The purpose was to examine the performance of the candidates, especially to see who would stand out from them, but it didn't have to be the leader, because it needed real skills and confidence, and it also needed to be fully grasped.

The whole discussion can be divided into three stages:

The first stage: the interviewer reads the test questions, the subjects understand the test questions and think independently, and list the outline of the speech, usually about 5 minutes;

The second stage: candidates take turns to explain their views;

The third stage: candidates speak freely, not only expounding their own views, but also putting forward their views on others' views, and finally reaching an agreement.

In terms of time, a single candidate is required to speak for no longer.
