What is a "futures program trading product"
Now that I've said it, I'll tell you my understanding. Futures programmed trading, also known as futures quantitative trading products, refers to using quantitative indicators and model strategies to overcome human greed and fear of money and trade on futures trading software.

Personally, I think that from the perspective of speculation, programmed products can be divided into the following categories:

1, a high-frequency transaction, is quite popular abroad, but it is not very popular in China due to fees, network speed and other problems. Personally, I think it is a strategy of chasing more and chasing the air. It is very necessary to set stop loss and take profit, and it is also the key to seeing a high-frequency trading product.

2, shock trading products, this generally requires a higher winning rate, generally above 60%, because there are more transactions, the profit-loss ratio is not high, and the winning rate is won.

3, trend trading products, this product is generally low winning rate, generally around 30%, high profit-loss ratio, such as making mistakes many times, but making a lot of money at a time, this is also scientific, because from the probability point of view, as long as the number of times of losing small money is still less than making big money, the whole is making money.

There are some arbitrage products in futures programming, such as the arbitrage of stock index futures and CSI 300. This is generally aimed at institutions and agricultural products, such as soybeans, soybean oil and soybean meal. Programmed arbitrage models are mostly statistical arbitrage. Like professional speculators, they have many shortcomings and are likely to be impacted by policies. Of course, it also depends on the level of the producer.

Generally speaking, no matter what product, programmatic trading needs to add some hedging strategies. A simple product is actually irresponsible and risky to customers. Coupled with the hedging strategy, the yield is naturally more stable.
