If the coffee beans are unopened, it is recommended to put them in the refrigerator, because the lower temperature will slow down the oxidation rate of coffee beans, so they are suitable for storage in a cool and ventilated environment, and the temperature is 18℃-22℃, and they should not be placed in an excessively dry place as far as possible (humidity below 54% is too dry).
3. Open coffee beans
If the coffee beans have been opened, they need to be sealed with sealed cans or special sealing strips and then stored in a cool and dry place.
Factors affecting the quality of coffee beans;
