Within 15 working days from the date of registration of foreign payment of goods under deferred payment, the enterprise shall go through the formalities for cancellation of deferred payment. The accumulated amount of deferred payment registered by the enterprise in the previous year shall not exceed 65,438+00% of the total import payment of the enterprise in the previous year. The demand for deferred payment in special industries exceeding the above proportion shall be verified by the foreign exchange bureau according to the actual situation of the enterprise.

According to the regulations, it is not necessary to handle the export proceeds under the declaration of goods, but it is necessary to provide the bank with the export proceeds description, IC card, the original foreign-related income declaration form stamped with the official seal of the banking business and the mailing list.
