Not worse than JD.COM. I bought a Panasonic rice cooker in Suning in June, and the LCD screen broke down in a month. After looking for an after-sale service online, I had to call and say that it could only be repaired and could not be replaced. I have to send it to Panasonic repair shop myself, which has nothing to do with Suning.
