CCB app can update ID card steps:
1. After logging in to the latest mobile banking, click "≦" in the upper left corner and select "avatar-customer information modification".
2. After logging in to personal online banking, click Settings-Personal Information Settings-Personal Information Modification.
3. Click "Modify Customer Information" in "My Information".
4. If you see that the ID information is out of date, you can update the ID and click the Scan button at the back.
5. Scan the front of the ID card first, which requires a whole scan!
6. Then scan the reverse side of the ID card. This should also be taken clearly to facilitate system identification!
